Come meet Franklin at our weekly adoption fair! Franklin is an oh so adorable Chiweenie boy who is super sweet and very friendly. Franklin is a calm dog, not hyper at all. Yet he enjoys toys and playing with other dogs. This charming male Chiweenie is about 1.5 to 2 years of age. He’s amazing with people of all ages.
